What RFFL is
RFFL is a platform that lets organisations create and manage fundraising raffles and crowdfunding campaigns, and lets supporters enter or donate. RFFL does not itself run raffles or offer prizes; each raffle is run by the organisation named on it.
Entering a raffle
- You must be 18 or over and entering from a place where it is lawful to do so.
- An entry is confirmed only when payment has completed.
- Ticket positions are allocated in the order described on the How draws work page.
- Entries are not refundable once confirmed, except where required by law or where a raffle is cancelled.
Draws and prizes
Draws are performed as described on the How draws work page, and a record is published. The organiser is responsible for delivering the prize as described. If a prize cannot be delivered as described, the organiser must offer a substitute of equal or greater value or a refund of the entry.
Running a raffle
- Organisations must hold any permit or authority required in their jurisdiction before going live.
- Prize descriptions and values must be accurate.
- Organisations must pay RFFL's platform fee (currently 2% of funds raised) and bear payment processing fees.
- RFFL may pause or remove a raffle that appears to breach these terms or the law.
Fees
RFFL charges organisations a platform fee on funds raised. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider. Fees are explained on the pricing page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RFFL is not liable for the acts or omissions of organisations using the platform, including prize delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The review date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
