What we collect

  • Name, email address and, if you provide it, mobile number when you enter a raffle or donate.
  • Account details if you sign in.
  • Entry, payment status and prize records. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not RFFL.
  • Technical information such as pages visited and device type, used to run and improve the service.

Why we collect it

  • To confirm your entry and send you your ticket positions and the draw result.
  • To let the organiser contact a winner and deliver a prize.
  • To publish the draw record (which contains entry identifiers and ticket counts, not names).
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping for charitable raffles.

Who we share it with

The organisation running the raffle you entered receives your name, email and entry details so it can meet its own obligations. Stripe processes payments. We do not sell personal information. Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Winner names

A winner's name as entered may be shown on the raffle page and results page. If you would prefer a shortened form, contact us and we will update it.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, through the complaints and contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Entry and draw records are kept for as long as required by the relevant state or territory fundraising rules, and then deleted or de-identified.
